Scope and Categories of Personal Data Processed
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper provision of our services (preparation of applications for various types of visas, residence permits, CV preparation, assistance with nostrification). Depending on the nature of the specific case, we process the following categories of data:
Identification data: name, surname, academic degree, date of birth, and where necessary – personal identification number (rodné číslo), if required for official forms within the scope of nostrification, and citizenship;
Contact data: phone number, email address, permanent residential address, or other delivery or billing address;
Education data: information contained in diplomas provided by the client for the purpose of processing applications or preparing a CV;
Financial and payment data: bank account number and details of payments made for billing and accounting purposes;
Technical data: IP address and cookies (in accordance with Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications).
Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
We process your data based on the following legal grounds:
For the provision of the agreed service (preparation of visa applications, residence permit applications, submission of applications for recognition of foreign education, and CV preparation);
For billing and accounting purposes (in accordance with Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting);
To respond to inquiries received via the contact form and WhatsApp;
For sending commercial communications, provided you have given your consent (in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services). We process only such data as are strictly necessary to provide the service.
Recipients of Personal Data
We transfer your data to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill our legal obligations: public authorities and institutions, higher education institutions, and government departments in the Czech Republic. External processors: for example, the web hosting provider or an accountant.
Duration of Personal Data Processing
Personal data of clients will be processed for the duration of the provision of our services. Subsequently, the data will be handled in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
